Greener Delivery Options (Belgium): In compliance with Belgium’s Code of Economic Law (effective September 21, 2024), for deliveries in Belgium, we offer at least one alternative delivery option to home delivery, such as pick-up at a post office, retail shop, or locker. These options are designed to reduce CO2 emissions and are clearly indicated at checkout.

Withdrawal Period:
For goods, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after you or a designated third party takes physical possession of the goods.
For pre-orders or multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after receipt of the last good.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to pre-ordered goods that are made to order or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-designed items).

Effects of Withdrawal: Upon valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Return Conditions: Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
